The complaint is made to Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), now Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA). As no action was taken subsequent to filing of the complaint made by the petitioners, the present petition is filed with a prayer to direct the BBMP to initiate appropriate action. 2. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2-GBA submits that pursuant to the complaint filed by the petitioners and also after filing of the petition, action has been initiated in respect of the building which is said to be constructed illegally. He further submits that after hearing all the parties concerned including the petitioners herein, appropriate orders will be passed within a period of three months from today.
