When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Burlu Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 22.04.2026, the petitioner/Accused No.2 was taken away by the police, and that he has neither been produced before any Court nor have his family members been informed about his arrest or whereabouts. 3. Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner/Accused No. 2 was arrested by the police today, i.e., on 24.04.2026 at 08:30 AM in connection with the present case, and would further contend that in view of the same, the relief has become infructuous in this matter. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
