SPP for respondent No.1 and have perused the material on record.
3. The petitioner - accused No.1 who gets embroiled in a crime in Crime No.179/2023, in which, the police conduct investigation and file a 'B' report. The protest petition being filed, the concerned Court rejects the 'B' report and takes cognizance of the offence and the matter is pending before the concerned Court since then.
