Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merits vide order dated 13.08.2025 in B.A. No.3276 of 2025. The petitioner, above-named, who is in custody since 07.12.2024 in connection with S.T. Case No.95 / 2025 [arising out of Kotwali (Ranchi) P.S. Case No. 258 of 2024] for the offence registered under Section 304 (2) of the BNS, 2023 has renewed his prayer for regular bail. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2024 i.e. more than one year and not a single witness has been examined. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. It is submitted that the petitioner has criminal antecedent being involved in similar nature of 16 such cases. Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court does not find any fresh ground for renewal of prayer for bail, as such, the same is hereby again rejected.
