Page No.# 2/2 This is an application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying for transfer of Title Suit (M) No.194/2025 pending in the Court of District Judge, Sonitpur Tezpur to the Court of District Judge, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur. Ms. K Bhattacharyya, learned legal aid counsel for the sole respondent has submitted that she has no objection if the case is transferred to North Lakhimpur. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties. This Court is of the opinion that the transfer of the said case is necessary in this circumstance and therefore, the transfer petition is allowed. The Title Suit (M) No.194/2025 pending in the Court of District Judge, Sonitpur, Tezpur shall be transferred to the District Judge, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur for disposal.
