The petitioner describes itself as a Trust, with the objective of protecting the Constitution of India [“the Constitution”], and raising issues for enforcement of rights of the citizens. II) Any other order which the Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case be also passed in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General of India, who appears for the respondents on advance notice, submits that another petition concerning the same incident, being W.P.(C) 9639/2026, which has been filed as a Public Interest Litigation, is scheduled to be listed before the Division Bench presided over by Hon’ble the Chief Justice at 02:30 PM today. 3. In view thereof, subject to orders of Hon’ble the Chief Justice, list the present petition, alongwith W.P.(C) 9639/2026, at 02:30 PM today before the said Bench.
