The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Session Trial No.123 of 2025 (Criminal Case No. 27 of 2025), arising out of Case Crime No. 7030 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), and 103(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Rampura, and District- Jalaun, pending in the Court of Learned Sessions Judge, Jalaun at Orai Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that statement of first informant is recorded before the trial court after framing of charge on 28.7.2025. It is further admitted that the FIR and the information prior to lodging of FIR for inquest report are not encyclopaedia of the case. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed.
