Petitioners have filed the present writ petition challenging the tender notice dated 13.01.2026, wherein, petitioners have apprehended that the notice is vague and even RBM from his bhumidhari land is also lifted. 4. On the last date, instructions were sought from the State. Today, on instructions, it is submitted that the SDM, Narendra Nagar have clarified that the RBM debris would be lifted from the Government land and not from any bhumidhari land belonging to petitioners or any other person. 5.
