Singh, Advocate, for the applicant/petitioner. Mr. Sumit Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents-State. By way of present application the applicant/petitioner has prayed for revival of execution petition, which stands disposed of on 17.12.2025. Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 24.06.2026, issued by the Executive Engineer, Shimla Rural Division, HPPWD, Dhami and a copy of office order dated 21.04.2026 passed by Superintending Engineer, 4th Circle, H.P.PWD, Shimla. The same are taken on record. A perusal of the office order dated 21.04.2026, passed by Superintending Engineer, 4th Circle, H.P.PWD, Shimla, reveals that the petitioner who is presently working as Tech.Gr.II (Work Inspector) under Shimla Rural Division, H.P.PWD, Dhami has been granted work charge status as Jr. Tech. (Work Inspector) w.e.f. 01.01.2002 on notional basis on completion of eight(8) years continuous daily waged service (with 240 days in each calendar year). He has been fixed at the minimum of pay scale of Rs.3120-5160 as applicable to the post of Jr. Tech. (Work Inspector) borne on work charged establishment. Since the judgment has been complied with, the application for revival of the execution petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of.
