Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records of the case from the respondent authorities. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities concerned to issue call letter/notice for starting the revenue inspector training with respect to departmental examination conducted vide letter dated 25.09.2023 (Annexure P/1) and also as per selection list dated 23.10.2024 (Annexure P/5). 3 / 3 10.3 Any other relief, deem fit in the present facts and circumstances of this case may also be awarded to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for State submits that similarly placed Patwaris has earlier approached this Court by filing of writ petitions bearing WPS No. 1205 of 2025 and other connected matters which was considered and relief claimed by those petitioners have been rejected and therefore, no relief as prayed for by the petitioner can be granted. 3. The submission of counsel for State is not disputed by learned counsel for petitioners. 4. I have heard learned counsel for respective parties and also perused order dated 02.01.2026 passed in WPS No. 1025 of 2025 wherein the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has minutely considered the issue raised by counsel for respective parties and arrived with a conclusion that the examination were not properly held and accordingly denied the relief sought for by petitioners. 5. In the aforementioned facts of the case, I an in agreement with the view taken by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in writ petition bearing WPS No. 1025 of 2025, therefore, this writ petition is also dismissed in light of order dated 02.01.2026 passed in WPS No. 1025 of 2025. 6.
