Mr. Ratnesh Kumar, learned S.C(L&C)-I refers to the copy of the order as contained in memo no. 246 dated 09.02.2026 (Annexure-A to the show cause affidavit dated 18.02.2026) passed by the O.P.No.2 and submits that vide the said order, the petitioner’s representation has been considered and disposed of. 3. It is thus submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has now been complied. 4. Considering the said submission, there is no need to further proceed with the matter. 5. The contempt proceeding as against the O.P.No.2 is dropped. 6. The present contempt application stands disposed of. 7.
