This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.12.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.7454 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that time for surrender may kindly be extended for two weeks as the petitioner has not been able to surrender due to the reason that father of the petitioner was ill and still, he is bed-ridden. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioner, in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, two weeks’ further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned court. 5. Order dated 22.12.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 7454 of 2025 is modified to the above extent, rest of the order shall remain intact. 6. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of. .
