1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.
“10.1 That, petitioner most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus and
directed to resp. no. 3 to consider the representation (Annex. P-4) of the petitioner regarding consider her name in seniority list of 01.04.2025 with effect from joining date
30.06.2007. 10.2 Any other relief of reliefs that may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted also. “

2 / 2 representation on 23.12.2025 which till date is pending consideration and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No. 4 to consider and take decision on the pending representation of petitioner at the earliest within specific time frame.
3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by
learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection.

On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, without entering into merits of case of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing Respondent No. 4 to take decision on the representation of petitioner dated 23.12.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court.
