In this application, the petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the discharge application filed by the petitioners on 14.8.2024. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that since the time of filing of the application by the petitioners, the court is lying vacant and for which, the matter could not be taken up for hearing. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party, I find that the prayer made by the petitioner is justified and required to be allowed to secure the ends of justice.
