Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2026 in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.69 of 2026, registered under Sections 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2), 111 (3) and 61 of the BNS & Section 65, 66, 66 (b), 70 and 84 B of the IT Act and later on Section 10 (1), 11 (1) of the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 have been added, now pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the JEE mains examination was fixed on 02.04.2026 and the alleged date of occurrence is 30.03.2026 wherein it is alleged that the petitioner was caught in an organized crime and was caught red handed with 50-60 computer systems along with some fabricated software at the place of occurrence itself. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. 4. The learned counsel has submitted that the defence of the petitioner is that the petitioner was handed over the computers by co- accused to deliver the computer systems and the co-accused is in the 2026:JHHC:15021 2 business of computers. The petitioner is a businessman and is providing manpower and labours to various industries. 5. After hearing the learned counsels for the petitioner and considering the serious nature of allegation against the petitioner and the matter is still under investigation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. 6.
