Mr. Sidharth Jalta, Deputy Advocate General, for respondents/State. The present application has been filed for seeking permission to organize district level local fair and also to organize sport activities in the premises of Rattana Memorial Govt. Sr. Secondary School, Nogli from 26.06.2026 to 28.06.2026. A copy of ‘No Objection Certificate” from the concerned School Management Committee has been appended as Annexure A-2. Keeping in view the above, the present application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to organize district level local fair and also to organize sport activities in the premises of Rattana Memorial Govt. Sr. Secondary School, Nogli from 26.06.2026 to 28.06.2026, on the following conditions:- (i) That no damage shall be caused to the property of the School and its playground, where the event is proposed to be organized; (ii) That after the event, the playground shall be handed over to the Principal of the School in a neat and clean condition; (iii) That the law and order shall be maintained by the local administration during the said period; (iv) That the applicant-Committee shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/-, in the students welfare fund of the School; and (v) That the applicant shall not use any kind of loudspeaker/amplifier.
