Accordingly, the proceeding was initiated and several orders have been passed. 2. The C.A. No.39/2026 is filed by the applicant with a prayer to recall the order on the premise that the Company has paid all the dues. 3. The matter was listed on 20.02.2026 to ascertain as to whether the duty payable by the Company towards Central Excise and Customs Departments is paid. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the Central Excise and Customs Departments on instructions submits on 20.02.2026 itself, that the entire dues are paid. 5. The applicant has also made a statement that the Company has paid all the dues mentioned, under - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22579 CA No. 39 of 2026 IN COP No. 156 of 2002 Karasamadhana scheme and the application is filed under Rules 6 and 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959. 6. Since, it is submitted that all the dues payable to the Central Excise and Customs Departments and sole creditor is fully paid, the Court is of the view that order dated 16.04.2002 must be recalled and accordingly, is recalled. 7.
