The above case is filed by the Petitioner seeking further investigation in CC No.4766/2020 arising out Crime No.88/2019 dated 08-06-2019 pending in the file of the Learned XXXII ACJM, Bengaluru against her husband(now divorced) Mr. Ajith Kumar Karunakara. 2. The said Mr. AjithKarunakar, the Petitioner's divorced husband had filed a case against Petitioner seeking decree of divorce before the Hon'ble VI Addl. Prl. Family Court judge at Bengaluru in MC 1209/2019. The Petitioner had filed a counter claim against the respondent seeking relief in the form of restitution of conjugal rights. 3. The Hon'ble VI Addl. Prl. Family Court judge at Bengaluru referred the parties to mediation and the parties to the said proceedings have settled their dispute and filed a Memorandum of Settlement to that effect. 4. In view of the settlement arrived in MC 1209/2019 the petitioner herein is withdrawing the above petition as not pressed. Hence this Memo for withdrawal. WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble court be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above case as not pressed in the interest of justice and equity."
