Mr. R. Dhar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by passing of the order dated 19.08.2026 by the Addl. Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Transformation and Development Department. In support of his submission, he has produced a copy of the said order for perusal of this Court. On perusal of the same, it is seen that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and disposed of. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
