This petition is absolutely silent as to whether the respondent no. 3 had given any consent for construction of public toilet upon a private land. 3. In the given circumstances, we do not see any justification to interfere in such matters that public toilet has come up, may be under private land without there being any grievance of concerned private party. 4. The writ petition is thoroughly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
