The petitioner, above-named is in custody since 15.10.2025 in connection with Bagodar [Giridih] P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024 for the offence registered under Section 366 A of the IPC. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR and the principal/ main accused, Ajit Kumar has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is further submitted that as per the statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., there is no allegation of sexual assault against any of the accused persons. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the same, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
