Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) Learned Counsel for the State has placed on record communication dated 28.03.2026, addressed to the learned Advocate General by the Executive Engineer, B&R Division, Sarkaghat, HP PWD Sarkaghat, wherein it has been mentioned that pension case of the petitioner has been submitted to the office of the Accountant General, Shimla and the ame has been 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 approved on 25.11.2025. The date of start of pension is stated to be 01.04.2025. A copy of the said communication has been supplied to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Keeping in view the fact that the benefits of the judgment rendered in LPA No. 165 of 2021, titled as State of Himachal Pradesh & others Vs. Surajmani and another, has been sought, we are of the considered opinion that once the case of the petitioner for pension ha been processed, this Execution Petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the said Execution Petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in case any other issue still subsists.
