By this petition, the petitioner (secured creditor) is seeking a limited protection for disposal of its application filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short ‘Securitization Act’), to be decided at the earliest. 2. According to the petitioner, the said application was filed before the Magistrate on 24.09.2025 and till date, the same is pending. In the case of L & T Finance Limited Vs. State of Maharashtra and another, 2023 SCC OnLine Bom. 931, in paragraph 23(a), this Court directed that such applications ought to be decided by the Magistrates not later than 30 days from the date of filing of the applications. The said direction / guideline issued by the Division Bench of this Court has been evidently flouted in the present case. 3.
