By the order dated 28.07.2026, this Court had directed that till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the present petitioner. Page No.# 2/2 The learned senior counsel appeared as Special Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Authority and has submitted his assets and liabilities. In such view of the matter, I am of the considered opinion that further custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary at this stage. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is closed directing that no coercive action shall be taken against the present petitioner in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No.11/2026 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall continue to participate in and cooperate with the investigation. In the event of failure to participate in or cooperate with the investigation, the bail granted to the petitioner shall be liable to be recalled/cancelled.
