The Revision Case No. 25 of 2018 was dismissed for default by the Member Board of Revenue on 19.02.2021. The restoration application was also dismissed on 01.04.2022. 3. The petitioner thus approach this Court challenging the aforesaid two orders. 4. Considering the dispute involved in this case, in my opinion the Member Board of Revenue, Jharkhand should hear both the parties and pass an order on merits, considering the jurisdiction of the Member Board of Revenue also. 5. Thus, both the impugned orders i.e. 19.02.2021 and 01.04.2022 are set aside and the matter is remanded to Member Board of Revenue, Jharkhand to dispose of the matter after hearing the parties preferably within a period of two months from today. 6. It is made clear that petitioner and respondent Nos. 2(i) to 2(v) will appear before the Member Board of Revenue along with the copy of this order within ten days from today, thereafter the date will be fixed by the Member Board of Revenue, on which parties must appear before the Member Board of Revenue to hear the case and to argue the matter. If any one of the parties does not appear before the Member Board of Revenue on the date fixed, the Member Board of Revenue will proceed and will pass an order ex-parte on merits, considering the objection of jurisdiction of the Member Board of Revenue. 7.
