Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is culminated in the charge sheet vide C.S. No. 60/2026, dated 05.06.2026. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is on interim bail vide order dated 14.07.2026 in connection with Mariani P.S. Case No. 32/2026 under Sections 74/75/76/137 of BNS, 2023 read with Section 8 of the POCSO Act. 4. Since the charge sheet has been submitted, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner by the Investigating authority. 5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is closed. 6. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach before the learned Trial Court on receipt of summons and pray for regular bail. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
