It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR No. 1112 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022 registered at Police Station Durg Kotwali, District Durg Chhattisgarh, for the offence under Section 420 of the IPC in the interest of justice. 2. It is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the charge-sheet No. 278 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025 offence under Section 420/34, 199 and 200 of the IPC registered at Police Station Durg Kotwali, District Durg Chhattisgarh, for the offence under Section 420/34, 199 and 200 of the IPC in the interest of justice. 3. It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order taking cognizance in RCC No. 35447 of 2025 dated 12.11.2025 for the offence under Section 420, 199, 200, 34 of the IPC pending before learned CJM, Durg, District Durg (C.G.) in the interest of justice. 4. Any other relief this Hon’ble High Court deems fit.” 3. After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 3 4. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection to the same. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without granting any liberty.
