1. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers:
“I. Issue a writ, order, or direction like mandamus directing Respondent No. 2 to verify the Petitioner’s claim for financial assistance under the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) and submit the verification report to Respondent No. 1 without further delay and in a time-bound manner. II. Issue a writ, order, or direction like mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 to process and disburse the additional compensation amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- under the PMNRF scheme directly into the Petitioner’s bank account, in accordance with the Ministry of Home Affairs notification dated 09.11.2016, as early as possible, and III. Direct the Respondents to bear the litigation expenses of 20,000/- This is a digitally signed order. 2. Issue notice. The learned CGSC accepts notice on behalf of respondent/UOI. The learned counsel appearing for the GNCTD accepts notice. 3. After hearing learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and in view of the issue involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct that the present petition filed before this Court be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the respondents are directed to decide the same, within a period of six weeks from date, under intimation to the petitioner herein. 4. In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of. 5. In case of any further grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court. 6.
