Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 “10.1 Hon’ble Court may be kind and gracious enough to call for the records of the case from the respondents. 10.2 Hon’ble Court may be kind to directing the respondents to regularize/absorb the services of the petitioner in the School Education Department, Dhamtari, with all consequential services benefits and pay, from the date of his appointment. 10.3 Any other relief/reliefs which Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the instant case.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed on 29.06.2015 as Data Entry Operator in Samagra Siksha Mission and posted at Block Resource Coordinator Center, Magarlod and since then he is continuously working on that post and thereby as of now completed about 10 years. Petitioner has already submitted representation for his absorption in the School Education Department and for regularization of his service before respondent No.5 and 6, which is pending consideration, therefore, a direction be issued to concerned respondents to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for respective respondents submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking a direction to take decision on the representation by concerned respondent, he is having no objection to the limited prayer made. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, without entering into merits of this case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to take decision on the pending representation dated 12.11.2025 in 3 accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of four months from the date of receipt of order. 5.
