By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks directions to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby directing respondent nos. 2 and 3 to execute the order dated 24.3.2026 of passed by District Magistrate, North East Delhi, whereby it was directed to hand over the vacant possession of the house of the petitioner from respondents no. 4 and 5. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has handed over a compliance report filed by the SHO concerned. The said compliance report is taken on record. 3. This Court has gone through the order dated 24.03.2026, passed by the District Magistrate, North East Delhi, wherein following observations are made: This is a digitally signed order. That upon reaching the premises, the main gate of the property was found locked. Thereafter, the Respondent Mohd. Kasim was contacted on his mobile number 7827430451. He informed that he had gone to LNJP Hospital along with his wife. He was directed to contact the undersigned after returning from the hospital. 11. That thereafter, the Appellant was asked about the three shops situated on the Ground Floor of the premises. The Applicant stated that the said shops belonged to her. Accordingly, the Applicant put her locks on the said three shops situated on the Ground Floor and took possession thereof. 12. That the proceedings were conducted in the presence of persons available in the vicinity and statements of relevant persons were recorded. The entire proceedings were also videography for the purpose of maintaining a proper record of compliance. ” 4. This Court notes that the aforesaid order has been duly complied with by the concerned authority. 5. In view thereof, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. However, in case of any further grievance, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. 6.
