Criminal Case No. 664/2025. 2. From perusal of the records annexed with the petition, it is quite vivid that the petitioner has already submitted an application/representation dated 04.09.2025 before the Tahsildar. It is expected that the Tahsildar shall proceed expeditiously in accordance with law without undue delay tactics adopted either by the Tahsildar or by private respondents. 3.
