JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER Date : 26.08.2026 Heard the learned Senior Counsel Mr. S Borthakur assisted by Mr.R Sensua appearing for the petitioner. 2. This application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Misc. (J) Case No.117/2024 arising out of T.S. No. 353/2020 pending in the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) No.2, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati. 3. I have considered the submissions made by Mr. Borthakur. I have also gone through the orders passed in Misc.(J) Case No.117/2024. 4. It appears that so many adjournments were taken by the parties. 5. Therefore, the trial court is directed to expeditiously dispose of the said case, preferably on 16.09.2026. No adjournment shall be given to either of the parties on that day.
