Sarma, learned APP for the State of Assam. The learned APP submits that the charge-sheet has been submitted in the instant case vide Charge-Sheet No. 75 dated 29.06.2026. As such, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to move an appropriate application before the concerned Page No.# 3/3 Court. It is also seen that the petitioners were enlarged on interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 07.04.2026. Accordingly, the interim bail protection granted to the petitioners is extended for a further period of 15 days, so as to enable the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the concerned Court which shall consider the same in accordance with law.
