On objection being raised by learned State counsel that challenge in this petition is to the order of suspension, which is appealable under Rule 23 of the C.G. Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail other alternate remedy available to petitioner and direction be issued to appellate authority to consider the appeal within specified time. 2. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for parties, this petition is disposed of reserving liberty to petitioner to avail alternate remedy of appeal under the Rules, 1966.
