Quash and set aside the order dated 03.03.2026 passed by Respondent No. 4, being arbitrary, illegal and unreasoned, and issue necessary directions to the Respondent No. 4 for taking the necessary steps to enable the Petitioner to set up and operate CNG Station at his land; b. Issue writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or writs in the nature of order (s) or direction (s) quashing and setting aside the Letter of Intent dated 14.02.2024 issued to Respondent No. 3 for setting up of CNG filling facility, by the Respondent No.4; c. Quash and set aside the Letter of Intent dated 22.04.2024 issued to Respondent no.3 for setting up of CNG filling facility.; This is a digitally signed order. To direct the respondent no.4 to forward the petitioner's file in respect of Letter of Intent dated 18.03.2024 for obtaining No Objection Certificate from the NHAI (National Highway Authority of India) for setting up of CNG filling facility, after doing needful on their part; g. To direct the Respondent No. 1 to take necessary and appropriate action against Respondent No. 4 for its conduct in the allocation of CNG Pump in the present case...” 2. Issue notice. 3. Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties, this Court directs the competent authority to treat this petition as representation on behalf of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of two months from date, under intimation to the petitioner and this Court. 5. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again, in case the need so arises. 6. In above terms, the present petition, along with pending application, stands disposed of. 7.
