1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. The petitioner seeks transfer on self medical ground.
3. The petitioner is yet to make an application for transfer in the prescribed format before the authority.
4. The instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to file offline application seeking transfer in the prescribed format disclosing the ground for transfer.
5. In the event such an application is made before the head of the institution, then the same shall be considered by the respondent

strictly in accordance with the prevailing transfer rules and the law laid down by the Court from time to time.
6. If required, necessary health checkup of the petitioner shall be conducted by the head of the institution.
7. If the medical report certifies in favour of the petitioner, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the aforesaid respondent without any further delay.
8. Suspension of the Utsashree portal will not stand in the way of the respondent authorities to consider the application of the petitioner.
9. The fate of the application of the petitioner shall be made known to her.
10. The writ petition stands disposed of.
11. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
