1. Heard Mr. A. Y. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. S.M.T. Chistie, learned Government Advocate, Assam representing the respondent Nos. 1 and 3. 2. This Court, under its order dated 08.09.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 5160/2023, directed the respondent authorities to consider the representation preferred by the petitioners, wherein the petitioners represented for conduction of a fresh TET for them. 3. The aforesaid direction was complied with by passing a speaking order dated 11.03.2026, rejecting the claim of the petitioners. 4. Accordingly, the order dated 08.09.2023 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 5160/2023, stands complied with. 5.
It is needless to say that the petitioners shall be at liberty to assail the speaking order dated 11.03.2026 passed by the Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education, if so advised,

A copy of the speaking order dated 11.03.2026, passed by the Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education is kept on record. 7. A copy of the speaking order dated 11.03.2026 passed by the Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners. 8.
