Heard Sri.M.P.Srikanth, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri.B.Ravindranath, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.1. 2. The petitioner is before this Court questioning the interim order dated 16.04.2026 in Application No.2045 of 2026 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal at Bengaluru, whereunder, the petitioner’s interim prayer to stay the order of entrustment of enquiry dated 10.02.2026 under Rule 14(a) of the Karnataka Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1957 was rejected, on the ground that it is a matter which requires hearing from both sides. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23396-DB WP No. 13536 of 2026 3. Learned counsel, Sri.M.P.Srikanth, would urge several grounds including the ground that the petitioner is a Group-B Officer and the Lokayukta could not have investigated into the allegations and could not have submitted a report. 4. The contentions raised are to be examined by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal and, at this stage, any findings on the said issue would affect both sides. 5. The Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, on filing of the objections, is requested to hear main Application itself or the interim prayer of the petitioner/applicant. 6.
