By the instant application, the applicant is seeking modification/ correction/ rectification/ alteration of typographical error, which has inadvertently appeared in the paragraph Nos. 3, 4 and 5 of the writ petition, i.e., WP(C) No. 5558/2025. It is stated that the statements in paragraph Nos. 3, 4 and 5 should be corrected as: a) Paragraph 3 “that the petitioner been paid her salary up to 01.03.2003.” b) Paragraph 4 “that the petitioner been paid his salary up to 02.04.2002.” c) Paragraph 5 “that the petitioner been paid his salary up to 06.04.2002.” Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and having perused the averments made in the interlocutory application, it appears that certain errors has been crept into the paragraph Nos. 3, 4 and 5 of the writ petition, which requires correction in the interest of justice.
