Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 2 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 3 i.e. Sub Division Officer (R), Sakti, District Sakti (C.G.) to conclude the mutation case/ proceeding pending before it in bearing Appeal Case no. 202107061000037/A-20 (4) /2020-21 within a further period of 2 months as the mutation case pending since 26.07.2021. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief’s in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioners.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that after death of petitioners’ father namely late Dewan on 27.06.2020, they have filed mutation application to bring their names in the revenue records of Nazul Land bearing Sheet No. 16 ABC, Plot No. 26, area 2422 Sq. meter situated at Kaserpara, Sakti, Tahsil Sakti, District Sakti (C.G.) before respondent No. 3 -Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Sakti, District Sakti, to which revenue case No. 202107061000037/A- 20(4) /2020-21 is pending consideration before respondent No. 3 since 26.07.2021, despite that the same has not been decided yet, hence, he prays that respondent No. 3 may be directed to decide the aforesaid revenue case within a specific time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to allow the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. It is sorry state of affairs that the said revenue case is pending since 26.07.2021, despite that even after lapse of about 4 years, the same has not been decided yet, hence, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid revenue case expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt / submission of copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid observations & directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
