The present contempt petitions have been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 14th November, 2025, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 16451/2025 and connected matters. 2. Vide order dated 14th November, 2025, the following directions came to be passed: This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite the categorical directions issued by this Court, the respondent has still not complied with the aforesaid directions. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent, i.e., Pharmacy Council of India had filed a petition in the Supreme Court, being Special Leave Petition (“SLP”) (Civil), Diary No. 10989/2026. 6. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that they have already moved applications, for withdrawal of the said SLP, before the Supreme Court, which is listed on 27th July, 2026. In this regard, the order dated 22nd July, 2026, passed by the Supreme Court, reads as under: 7. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order This is a digitally signed order. Accordingly, considering the aforesaid submissions, it is directed that the requisite approval in terms of the order dated 14th November, 2025 passed by this Court, shall be granted to the petitioners, within a period of two weeks, from today. 11. Needless to state, in case, the petitioners are aggrieved by any non- compliance by the respondent, the petitioners are at liberty to revive the present petitions. 12.
