The petitioners have filed this petition seeking following relief (s) : -2- “10.1 That the records pertaining to the fresh auction and previous allotment proceedings in dispute may be called for kind perusal of this court. 10.2 That, the impugned order dated 01.10.2021 may kindly directed to be set aside and quashed to the extent of not promoting the petitioners also the respondents may kindly be directed to promote the petitioners on the post of Demonstrator (Nursing), by the Hon'ble Court. 10.3 That the respondents maybe directed that the petitioners be promoted to the post of Demonstrator from back date granting all the consequential benefits. 10.4 That any other relief which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1 is working as Staff Nurse in Government Dental College, Raipur (C.G.), whereas, Petitioner No.2 is working as Staff Nurse in Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital, Raipur (C.G.). Subsequently they obtained the degree of B.Sc. Nursing Course and they submitted their degree with the department. A gradation list of Staff Nurse was published on 20.07.2020 but in said list, names of the petitioners were not included. Vide letter dated 25.07.2020, objections were invited to the tentative gradation list and objections were raised by the petitioners vide application dated 25.06.2020, 27.07.2020 and 05.10.2021. It is further argued that respondent No.2 has not decided the objections raised by the petitioners dated 25.06.2020, 27.07.2020 and 05.10.2021. 4. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the documents placed on record. 5. It appears that names of the petitioners were not included in the gradation list and therefore, the petitioners raised objection. The 3 petitioners are in Government service, therefore, their names ought to have been included in the gradation list. It appears that there was some mistake on the part of the respondent authorities. Therefore, respondent No.2/Director Directorate Medical Education to decide pending representations of the petitioners within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
