Kunda, District Deoghar. (ii) For direction upon the respondent 2026:JHHC:14159 2 authorities to accept and register the sale deed presented by the petitioner with regard to her land situated at Mouza – Karnibad, Khata No.37, Plot no.208, area 09 decimals within P.S. Kunda, District Deoghar without Land Possession Certificate.” 2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. Learned counsel representing the respondent – State submits that the issue had already been resolved by this Court in W.P.(C) No.6905 of 2023 (Rajesh Saraf & Anr. Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Ors.) (decided on 26.06.2024). He submits that in terms of the said order, it is not mandatory to produce the Land Possession Certificate for registration of the sale deed; and the certified copy of Register-II, if produced, is sufficient for getting the Deed registered. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner will obtain the certified copy of Register-II and produce the same before the appropriate Authority. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to produce the certified copy of Register-II and get the Deed registered, if there is no other legal impediment. 6.
