Ghosh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Also heard Ms. M. Mr. B. J. Ghosh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that taking into account that various factual aspects have not been appropriately dealt with, the petitioner instead of pursuing the instant writ petition would like to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to file a review against the speaking order dated 09.09.2025 in terms with Regulation 162(D) of the Assam Land and Revenue Regulation, 1886. 3. Taking into account the said submission, this Court, therefore, closes the instant writ petition on withdrawal. 4. However, withdrawal of the instant writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner to prefer a review against the speaking order dated 09.09.2025, if so advised. 5. It is further observed that in the circumstance, the petitioner prefers the review application within a period of 15 days from today, the Reviewing Authority, i.e. the State of Assam shall consider the said application on merit without insisting on the question of limitation.
