Present petition has been filed by the mother of the corpus, who is a minor and presently held at the Government Children's Home (Girls) in Ballia. 3. The mother of the corpus has filed this petition saying that she wants her daughter to be with her. 4. Upon this, the Court had directed the production of the corpus before this Court, who has appeared today and has stated categorically that she wants to stay with her mother. 5. Under the circumstances, the petition is allowed. 6. The corpus is permitted to leave from the Court premises itself with her mother.
