1. The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their wilful and deliberate violation of the order dated 3rd August, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.4278 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid
order dated 3rd August, 2023 passed by this Court has now been complied by the opposite parties.
3. Considering the said submission, there is no need to further proceed in the matter. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties is hereby dropped.
4. The present contempt case stands disposed of.
5. The petitioners are, however, at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law for redressal of their subsisting grievance (if any).
