Kalita, the learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. R. Sarma, the learned counsel for the respondent/insurance company. [2] This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant/claimant praying for allowing the claimant to withdraw the 50% of the awarded amount which was deposited by the insurance company before the Registry of this court in compliance to order dated 27.08.2025, passed in I.A.(Civil) No. 2780/2025. [3] The learned counsel for the insurance company does not raise any objection to the said prayer. [4] Hence, the prayer is allowed. [5] The Registry is directed to disburse the amount deposited by the insurance company (Rs. 1,50,737/-) in pursuant to the directions of this court, to the present applicant/claimant after proper verification.
