1. The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the
order dated 26th February, 2026, passed by this Court in W.P. (C) 14272/2025, titled as Anand Moudgil Versus State Transport Authority- Delhi.
2. Vide order dated 26th February, 2026, the following directions came to be issued:

5. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to decide the petitioner’s application dated 11th June,

6. Issue notice.
7. Notice is accepted by counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
8. In view of the limited relief sought in the writ petition, the same is
disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within six (6) weeks from today, as per law. xxx xxx xxx”
3. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for respondent no. 2, who submits that he is appearing for one of the external members of the State Transport Authority (“STA”), Delhi.
4. He submits that after passing of the aforesaid order dated 26th February, 2026, the same was not communicated to the external members, who, therefore, were not aware of the present order.
5. However, he submits that six weeks’ time may be given to the respondents, and they shall do the needful, in terms of the order dated 26th February, 2026 passed by this Court.
6. Accordingly, considering the submissions made before this Court, it is
directed that the respondents shall comply with the order dated 26th February, 2026, passed by this Court within a period of six weeks from today.
7. Noting the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
8. Needless to state, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any non- action on the part of the respondents, he has liberty to revive the present petition. This is a digitally signed order.
