This acquittal appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the impugned judgment of acquittal dated 15.03.2019 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Kawardha, District- Kabeerdham (C.G.) in case of “State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Parmeshwar Dhurve, whereby the Digitally signed by AMIT PATEL 2 accused/respondent No.2 has been acquitted of the charge under Section 302 of IPC. Hence, this appeal. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant died on 30.03.2024 and he has filed the death certificate issued by the competent authority on 23.04.2024. He also submits that the State counsel has also verified the said fact, as such, the appeal in respect of appellant stands abated. 3. In absence of any representation for bringing any legal representatives of appellant on record, the appeal in respect of appellant abates and dismissed as abated.
