The grievance of the petitioner is that in terms of transfer order dated 05.12.2025, he was relieved on 03.03.2026 but when he reported for the purpose of joining, he was not allowed to join on the ground that in the interregnum, another transfer order stood passed on 01.02.2026. 3. Learned Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner can join the place of duty, to which, he stood transferred in terms of order dated 05.12.2025 as the subsequent transfer order dated 01.02.2026 was inadvertently passed. 4. In the light of this development, this petition is disposed 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 of with the direction that the petitioner shall be allowed to join the station, to which, he stood transferred vide order dated 05.12.2025. 5. At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the release of payment of salary of the in between period, the petitioner may be permitted to make appropriate representation to the respondents.
